List of Machines and its Functions

• Water-based Auto-Print Open-Chute Machine

This machine is capable to print, cut and crease corrugated sheets all in one pass.  The print capability of this machine is up to 60 inches in width and 108 inches in length.  Thus, its maximum output is an enormous 100 sheets per minute.  We have two of this.

• Monochromatic/Dichromatic Printing Press

Having this machine circulating aqua-ink by the pressure of pneumatic pump, this machine prints the best quality of its kind.  It can print an average of 70 sheets per minute.

• Auto-Rotary Scouring and Slotting Machine

This machine is being used to crease and trim the corrugated boards to its specific size before having it ran through the Water-based Auto-Print Open-Chute Machine or Monochromatic/Dichromatic Printing Press.

• Stitching Machine

After the corrugated boards are run through the Water-based Auto-Print Open-Chute Machine or Monochromatic/Dichromatic Printing Press, this machine is used to stitch the joints of the board.

• Automatic Gluing Machine

This machine is used to glue the joints of the corrugated boards.

• Oversized Die Cut Machine

We have one of the few oversized die cut machine here in the Philippines.  Its maximum die cut piece is at 70x44”

• Computers/Digital Camera/Scanner

These are used primarily in type-setting the marks to be printed on the corrugated sheets. Computer Aided Design (CAD) plays a big role in generating and lay outing attractive designs.
